The kid’s version finally got my 5-year-old to wind down before bed without a fight, and I feel calmer too since we started the adult jar. Two separate routines in one pack means we each take ours at different times without mixing up doses.

This was the easiest way to get both my daughter and me on the same routine without juggling two separate orders, and the 21-day pots are sized perfectly to actually finish what we start. The kids version going from age 3 makes it a no-brainer for our mornings.

Two weeks in and I can already tell the difference in our evenings—my son actually sits still at the dinner table now, and I'm not crashing by 4pm. The kids' version has been easy to sneak into his morning yogurt, which is a win on its own.
