Gummies JERN UTEN SUKKER | Reduserer mangler | 21 dager

I was skeptical about gummies for iron since capsules always upset my stomach, but these went down fine and I actually remembered to take them daily. Three weeks in, my energy's noticeably steadier and the dull skin look is fading.

Been taking these for about two weeks now and the fatigue I usually feel by mid-afternoon is noticeably lighter. The gummy form is a lifesaver since I've always struggled with swallowing iron pills, and it doesn't upset my stomach at all.

The micro-encapsulated form really makes a difference—no stomach upset like I had with regular iron tablets. Three weeks in, my energy’s noticeably steadier and I’m not reaching for a nap after lunch.
