Balíček proti nedostatkům | Železo, hořčík a vitamín D | 3 x 21 dní

Finally a supplement box that doesn’t feel like a chore to remember—the three labeled weekly pouches keep me on track, and I actually noticed my energy leveling out by the end of the second week. The iron didn’t upset my stomach either, which is rare for me.

The 21-day split into three separate boxes makes it easy to keep track of, and the pills are small enough to swallow without any trouble. I’m noticing a real difference in my energy levels by the third week, which is exactly what I needed.

I’ve been feeling less tired since starting this three-week pack, and the daily dose of iron plus vitamin D is easy to swallow without any aftertaste. The blister packs are clearly labeled, so I never lost track of where I was in the routine.
