علكات الشعر والأظافر بدون سكر | يمنح القوة واللمعان | 21 يومًا

My hair has been shedding noticeably less since I started these, and the 5000 mcg biotin dose is the reason I picked them. The fact that they’re sugar-free is a bonus because I’m trying to cut back on sweets anyway.

Three weeks in and my nails have stopped peeling at the tips, which hasn’t happened in years. The 5000 μg of biotin per gummy is the strongest I’ve found, and the lack of sugar makes them easy to take daily without that heavy syrup feel.

The gummies are really easy to chew and don’t have that weird aftertaste most supplements have, which is a win. I’m only a week into the 21-day cycle so can’t judge results yet, but the high biotin dose gives me confidence it’ll work.
